The Placement Process

Our paralegals have all been interviewed and assessed by us to ensure the candidates you interview conform to our standards.

Once we have discussed your needs and agreed a way forward we will select the candidates that meet your selection criteria before sending their CVs to you. You then select the candidates that you'd like to interview before we arrange for those interviews to take place. We will provide you sufficient choice to give you control of the delivery team selection.

Once you've selected your team we can, if required, complete a full background check before employing them and ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time.
